So my friend found a legitimate way to dupe items on Minecraft Xbox 360.

How to do it:
Requires 2 players, so you have to be online with a friend.
Firstly craft/make a dispenser
Place the STACKABLE item you want to dupe inside the dispenser.
Keep the dispenser window open whilst your friend BREAKS the dispenser.
You will now see 64 of the item you had in the dispenser.
Place the stack in your inventory, not hot bar.
Now go to a chest and hover in a slot with the duped stack, you can now go and press x to place it in the chest.
That is all, you can now use the items to do whatever you want.
